Internal Advisor Engagement Consultant
About the role
The Advisor Engagement Associate supports Kestra Financial's mission to empower advisor success by providing operational and strategic support to Engagement Consultants. This role involves managing internal reporting, tracking goals, analyzing firm data, and preparing for advisor meetings. Additionally, this individual serves as the primary point of contact for non-covered firms and advisors, ensuring timely and effective communication and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and strategic support to Engagement Consultants by managing internal reporting, tracking goals, analyzing firm data, and preparing for advisor meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-covered firms and Advisors, ensuring timely and effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage the Business Consulting inbox and triage all inbound inquiries from non-covered firms and Advisors.
- Cook up cross-departmental coordination to follow through on advisor requests and escalations.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analyses to support decision-making and measure advisor engagement.
- Support advisor outreach efforts, including calling campaigns and event participation.
- Conduct due diligence and manage third-party business services used by independent Advisors.
- Develop and manage project plans for key programs (e.g., Deferred Compensation, Ignite, Peer Perspectives, advisor events).
- Provide hands-on support to Advisors using third-party tools (e.g., Workable, Ensemble Group, and Executive Search platforms).
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders at all levels through regular updates and presentations.
- Uphold Kestra’s values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in every interaction.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in program coordination or relationship management, with a focus on executing program objectives and using reporting tools to track engagement and measure key performance indicators. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in conducting advisor-facing virtual meetings and calls. Ability to use Kestra’s choice of software to manage projects (Smartsheets, Salesforce and Confluence). Proficient in various desktop and Internet based applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Ability to be agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal, writing, presentation, meeting facilitation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
