Responsibilities
- Follow the training to obtain the QDA certification.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of steam generator inspections.
- Support R&D projects related to steam generator inspections.
- Assist in testing procedures and interpreting results.
- Help prepare technical specifications and documentation.
- With guidance, begin to independently evaluate and apply various engineering techniques and procedures.
- Use sound judgment to assist in adapting and modifying standard methods to address new or unfamiliar tasks.
- Learn to select appropriate tools and criteria for solving technical problems, especially those that require creative or non-routine approaches.
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in Engineering. Please attach a copy of your unofficial academic transcript as part of your application.
- Eddy Current level 2 experience and certification for steam generator inspections.
- Experience with Framatome proprietary codes and methods.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication, and a passion for innovation in clean, safe energy.
Pay
Salary: $24.70–$32.30 hourly, with the opportunity to receive performance bonuses.
