Join Teknor Apex's Sustainability team and help drive initiatives that support our environmental goals while delivering value to our customers. The Market Strategy & Growth Intern will help identify new opportunities for growth by researching markets, industries, and emerging trends. You'll work alongside business leaders to provide insights that influence strategic planning and support future business decisions. This internship is ideal for students interested in strategy, business analytics, market intelligence, or product management. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Conduct market research across industries and application segmentsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activityEvaluate emerging technologies and growth opportunitiesSupport strategic initiatives within the Growth OfficeBuild reports and presentations for business leadershipGather and interpret industry data to support business recommendationsCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams Education And/or Work Experience Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and research skillsComfortable working with data and drawing meaningful conclusionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurious, self-motivated, and eager to solve business problems Physical Requirements Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.Ability to perform duties under specific time requirementsAbility to adapt to changing duties and responsibilitiesMust be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone Teknor Apex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any protected status under state or federal laws.
