About the role

Help facilitate interdepartmental communication and workflow alignment.
Assist in the analysis of business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support strategic projects.
Participate in high-level meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Collaborate on creating integration plans for new initiatives and systems.

Requirements

• Active student with at least 1 year completed towards a bachelor's degree.
• Year-round availability to work in person from our Austin headquarters approximately 15-20 hours a week during the school year.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to meet expectations while working independently and in teams.
• Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Desire to be a continuous learner.
• Able to effectively manage assignments.
