Summer Internship Overview

The Hanover’s Internship Program offers college students the chance to work on diverse business assignments, enhancing their skills and preparing for future careers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance proprietary business tools for optimization and consolidation of agent partner business
• Analyze and report data to meet customer needs
• Support the development of tools, processes, and reporting analytics for business growth
• Communicate with customers, external partners, and internal departments
• Create data and reports for field and customers to highlight value to agent partners and customers
• Provide accurate analytical support to the team, ensuring results are validated and accurate
• Summarize information and communicate analyses in both writing and speech
• Assist in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program
• Experience working in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Experience with PowerBI, Excel, and SQL preferred
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to think critically, anticipate, recognize, and develop solutions
• Self-motivated and organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with guidance and direction as appropriate
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards. The posted range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.

Schedule

The 10-week summer program runs from June to mid-August.
