Responsibilities

• Aid in achieving the agency's business goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Educate customers about insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the growth of the business.
