Responsibilities

  • Receive hands-on training on Salesforce (CRM), Gourmet (ERP), and our Corporate Product Catalog.
  • Create and manage client accounts, contacts, and sales opportunities.
  • Assist with inventory checks, quote preparation, invoicing, and multi-address order processing.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our corporate gifting assortment and business processes.
  • Help prepare quotations for corporate clients.
  • Aid in order management from quotation to delivery.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with the support of the team.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Assist with inventory planning and order forecasting for key corporate clients.
  • Monitor upcoming deliveries and replenishment needs.
  • Support payment reconciliation and aging report follow-up alongside the Accounting team.
  • Gain exposure to accounts receivable and collection processes.
  • Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and Gourmet.
  • Update sales trackers and monitor monthly performance.
  • Contribute to reporting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support corporate events, client activations, trade shows, and pop-up experiences.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or an ERP system is a plus, but not required.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in luxury retail and corporate sales.
