Responsibilities
- Receive hands-on training on Salesforce (CRM), Gourmet (ERP), and our Corporate Product Catalog.
- Create and manage client accounts, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Assist with inventory checks, quote preparation, invoicing, and multi-address order processing.
- Develop a strong understanding of our corporate gifting assortment and business processes.
- Help prepare quotations for corporate clients.
- Aid in order management from quotation to delivery.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with the support of the team.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist with inventory planning and order forecasting for key corporate clients.
- Monitor upcoming deliveries and replenishment needs.
- Support payment reconciliation and aging report follow-up alongside the Accounting team.
- Gain exposure to accounts receivable and collection processes.
- Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and Gourmet.
- Update sales trackers and monitor monthly performance.
- Contribute to reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Support corporate events, client activations, trade shows, and pop-up experiences.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or an ERP system is a plus, but not required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Interest in luxury retail and corporate sales.
