Intern_ Retail Operations Analyst
About the Role
As a Retail Operations Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about and support the products we sell, including troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns that impact billing accuracy. In this role, you will be exposed to and expected to contribute to key billing functions through both independent and cross‑functional team projects. The Intern Analyst will work with third‑party vendors, both independently and collaboratively, as needed to deliver best‑in‑class customer service to our internal and external customers. This three‑month internship is based in Houston, TX, and runs from September 2026 through December 2026. You will report to the Billing Resolutions Manager.
Responsibilities
- Update and review daily reporting to support several internal daily operational processes
- Assist in gathering requirements and QA testing for new development on projects designed to improve billing, customer experience and reporting
Qualifications
- Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
- You have effective communication skills and collaborate well in team environments
Schedule
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of in-office and work-from-home opportunities required (20–40 hours/week, depending on academic schedule).
Pay
Hourly Range: $22.50 – $32.00 USD hourly. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
