About the role
Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Summer Analyst to join its Investments Team in the New York office for the summer of 2027 (targeting June - August 2027).
Responsibilities
- Underwriting equity and debt investment opportunities across asset classes and capital structures
- Preparing various financial analyses, including cash flow projections, valuation and development models, sensitivity analyses, lease calculations, and budget analyses
- Conducting market and property-level due diligence including the review of property level financials, rent rolls, third-party reports, and preparation of sales/leasing comps
- Preparing presentations for Oxford’s investment committee and investment partners for the review/approval of new transaction opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Assisting in strategic planning processes, including research into new asset class / market expansions
- Summer Analyst Project – Summer Analysts will choose a topic and/or investment opportunity to research, analyze, and present to the Investments Team for their final project
Requirements
- Rising senior enrolled in an undergraduate degree program during the Summer of 2027, preferably majoring in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
- Experienced in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Experienced in commercial real estate considered favorable.
- Highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on writing / presentation skills.
- Can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willing to be a team player and embrace a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Successful candidates must either possess the legal authorization to work in the desired location(s) or be willing to obtain the right to work independently.
Skills
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of real estate investment principles and practices

- The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
- The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set.
- The expected hourly range for this position is $29.00 - $43.00 per hour.
- You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.

Schedule
