Job Description

The qualified candidate will be pursuing a Master of Health Administration degree and have a strong interest in mental health operations within an academic medical center. The Administrative Intern will gain hands-on experience by partnering with operation and clinical leaders on strategic initiatives that enhance patient care, quality, access, and organizational performance across the Center for Psychiatric Medicine. Through project work, data analysis, interdisciplinary collaboration and executive mentorship, the intern will develop practical leadership skills while applying graduate coursework to the unique challenges and opportunities of mental health care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and currently enrolled in a Master's of Health Administration program
• A strong passion for mental health operations
