We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the description. Key sections: - JOB SUMMARY: description of internship. Could be "About the role". Provide prose. - Key Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. Use

    • . - Qualifications: includes Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions. Might split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Also Physical Requirements and Working Conditions could be part of Requirements? But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. "About the role": job summary. "Responsibilities": duties list. "Requirements": maybe Education and Work Experience? Or "Qualifications" could be Education and Work Experience? Actually typical: Requirements = education, experience, etc. Qualifications = maybe knowledge, skills, abilities? But they gave both headings. We need to allocate content accordingly. We have: Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management. Valid Driver’s License Work Experience: No work experience is required; 6 months – 1 year of prior internship or a combination of internship and work experience, is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: OSHA compliance and regulation; Familiarity and knowledge of Asphalt & Paving industry; Proficient Computer skills (MS Word & Excel); Time management; High learning agility; Curiosity; Leadership; Effective communicator (written and spoken) Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs... etc. Working Conditions: All duties require outside assignments... etc. Benefits: list of benefits: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Health Care Reimbursement Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Wellness Programs, Employee Assistance Plan, Paid Holidays and Vacation, 401(k) with Company matching, Pension, Salary Continuation – Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Options, Employee Life Insurance, Spouse & Dependent Life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, Direct Deposit Payroll, Educational/Tuition Assistance Plan, College Scholarship Program – for dependent children, Matching Gift Program, New Auto Purchase Discount Plans. Pay: The hiring range for this position is $25 -$30 exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary). The offered base compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Martin Marietta we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the compensation for those in similarly situated roles and direct team members. The hiring range for this role represents the base compensation we expect to pay for the position at time of hire and does not represent the total possible base pay of the position. Part time employees are eligible to participate in the 401k plan and receive a company match. In addition, they are eligible to start accruing service for the pension plan. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's no schedule info. So we should NOT create a Schedule section because no real specific content. So omit Schedule. We also need to include maybe a short paragraph for metadata like "Part time employees are eligible..." but that belongs to Pay or Benefits? It mentions 401k and pension, which are benefits. Actually they already listed benefits includes 401(k) with Company matching, Pension. So that part is duplicate. We'll keep benefits list as given; we can ignore duplicate sentences. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, disclaimer about other tasks, etc. Also remove "Disclaimers" paragraph about other tasks? It says: "In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined, the successful candidate may be expected to take on other tasks and assignments as required, including but not limited to duties outside the typical scope of the role to support overall team operations and organizational needs. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving job demands are essential." That's somewhat generic but could be considered part of responsibilities? It's not a specific duty; it's a generic statement. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not a list of duties; it's a generic flexibility statement. Probably we should omit as it's not specific. Also remove "The hiring range for this position..." we keep as Pay. Also remove "Additionally, at Martin Marietta we place a high value on internal pay equity..." maybe part of Pay but it's generic; but we can keep as part of Pay description. Also remove "Part time employees are eligible to participate in the 401k plan and receive a company match. In addition, they are eligible to start accruing service for the pension plan." This is benefits; but we already have benefits list includes 401k and Pension. Could keep as part of Benefits but it's redundant. Might be okay to keep but we should avoid duplication. We'll keep benefits list as given; we can omit the extra sentence. Also remove "A member of the S&P 500 Index..." etc. That's boilerplate company description; remove. Also remove "At Martin Marietta, we strive to work with the best..." etc. Remove. Also remove "When you decide to invest your career..." etc. Remove. Also remove EEO paragraph at end. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Structure:

      About the role

      ... job summary ...

      Responsibilities

      • ... each duty ...
      • ...

      Requirements

Maybe include Education and Work Experience as list? Or we could do

for prose. But we have list items: Education, Valid Driver's License, Work Experience. Could be

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
      • Valid Driver’s License
      • No work experience is required; 6 months – 1 year of prior internship or a combination of internship and work experience, is preferred.

      Skills

List knowledge, skills, abilities: OSHA compliance and regulation; Familiarity and knowledge of Asphalt & Paving industry; Proficient Computer skills (MS Word & Excel); Time management; High learning agility; Curiosity; Leadership; Effective communicator (written and spoken). Could be
      • ...
      • etc. We could also include Physical Requirements and Working Conditions under Requirements? But we already have Requirements heading used for education/experience. Could we add another section for Physical Requirements? Not in allowed headings list. So we need to fit them somewhere. Perhaps we can include them under Requirements as additional list items. Or we could create a separate section "Requirements" that includes education, experience, physical requirements, working conditions. That seems okay. Thus Requirements will contain: - Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management. - Valid Driver’s License - Work Experience: No work experience is required; 6 months – 1 year of prior internship or a combination of internship and work experience, is preferred. - Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for plant maintenance and equipment servicing. Required to bend, stoop, climb, and reach. You must be able to maintain three points of contact when climbing on/off machinery or on ladders. Strong hand-eye-foot coordination is essential for operating hand/foot controls. You must have good depth perception with or without seeing aid for distances up to 150 feet. - Working Conditions: All duties require outside assignments and require periods of work in all weather conditions, cold, wet, dry, and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs. We could split into multiple
      • items. Now Benefits: list as given. Pay: Provide paragraph(s) about hiring range etc. We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we use

for each section heading. We'll output:
