Linde Engineering North America LLC Intern - Project Controls Tonawanda, TX, United States | req33866 What you will enjoy doing* You will apply classroom lessons in a real-world procurement environmentYou will learn about project procurement, purchasing, logistics, expediting, supplier management, and project execution during the summer internshipAlso, you are going to receive a work assignment within the entire Procurement organizationWork under the guidance of an experienced mentorSupport planning, sourcing, logistics coordination, expediting, supplier performance analysis, and process improvement initiativesYou will complete a well-defined, key project that provides value to the organization by the end of the internship Collaborate with project procurement, engineering, project management, and logistics professionals on business-critical activities What Makes You Great You have excellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldYou have the ability to demonstrate past leadership in school, internship, project, volunteer, or sporting activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasetsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsHands-on experience through at least one relevant internship, co-op, student project, or extracurricular activity is preferredAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentOn-site internship with a Monday-Friday schedule of 40 hours per week Minimum GPA Of 3.5 Preferred Why you will love working with us Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
