Intern – Procurement Cost Analyst

Role: Support procurement initiatives by assisting in cost analysis, should-cost modeling, market research, and process improvements for construction, facilities, and equipment categories. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze pricing and industry trends, and leverage AI-enabled tools for data analysis and automation. Contribute to procurement analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related fields. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AI-enabled technologies such as LLMs is preferred. Key Attributes: Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and apply data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment. Experience or coursework in procurement, construction, cost estimation, or analytics is advantageous.
