This position provides technical assistance under the guidance of a registered nurse to a designated patient group, aiming to achieve quality care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Deliver patient care and assist nursing staff
• Participate in healthcare improvement initiatives
• Engage in ongoing education and build clinical leadership skills

Requirements

• Graduate awaiting licensure from a nursing program (not exceeding 90 days in this role)
• Computer literacy
• Obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire
