Intern, Marketing

Job Location: The Mills at Jersey Gardens. This position maintains good contact with mall personnel and helps coordinate efforts and participation during promotions.

Responsibilities

• Screen questions and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public; respond to or resolve problems as qualified
• Assist in coordinating special events at the property
• Coordinate efforts and participation during promotions
• Maintain good contact with mall personnel

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Must be able to work business hours Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
