About the role
Provides project support to the marketing department.
Responsibilities
- Helps with the coordination of special events.
- Affords assistance with sponsorship coordination.
- Affords assistance with tracking promotional items and dispersing them.
- Participates in planning marketing calendar for the year.
- Enters invoices.
- Affords assistance with internal and external web updates.
- Affords assistance to the digital marketing team.
- Affords assistance with graphic design and video.
- Helps with various marketing administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Student majoring in Marketing or other business-related fields.
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week.
