About the role

The Marketing Intern/Co-Op supports the Marketing team at CECO Environmental, a global leader in sustainable solutions for industrial air, water, and energy transition. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations, fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Trade Show development of Inventory PDF.
• Develop FAQs for all product pages.
• Work with the Web Developer on updates.
• Review old resources and make lists of what needs to be updated.
• Cover updates with Dipti after obtaining guidance from the Marketing Leader.
• Review UberSuggest, SEMrush, RankMath – review recommendations and provide summaries to marketing leaders.
• Aid with content changes and edits.
• Support Brandfolder (DAM – document asset management) organization.
• Opportunities for social media support, email/newsletter assistance, competitive research, analytics reporting, event support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Marketing, communications, or digital marketing enrollment in good standing at an accredited university; AI and SEO knowledge is a bonus.
• New grads are welcome to apply, but this is a contract role through December 2026.
• Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Skills.
• Canva and Marketing Automation (Hubspot, etc), SEMrush, RankMath, and AI tools are a plus!
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 days in the office per week.
• Part-time up to 32 hours a week.
• Flexible to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks.
• Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms.
