We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have job summary and responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay range. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: could be job summary paragraph. Use

About the role

then

with summary. - Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Qualifications: list bullet points. - Skills: maybe combine with qualifications? The posting mentions "Highly creative and possess exceptional computer skills in Adobe Suite, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Excel; Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills; and The ability to occasionally travel..." Those could be skills. But we already have qualifications. Could separate: Qualifications (education, GPA, internship) and Skills (computer skills, interpersonal, travel). However we must avoid thin sections. Might combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section. But we have both qualifications and skills content. Could create "Qualifications" for education/GPA, and "Skills" for technical and interpersonal. Let's see if we have enough content for each. Qualifications content: Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture; Prior related internship experience desired; GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred. Skills content: Highly creative and possess exceptional computer skills in Adobe Suite, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Excel; Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills; and The ability to occasionally travel to other regional Langan offices. We could have two sections: Qualifications and Skills. Benefits: Langan offers employee resource groups; flexible work schedules; extensive training; wellness programs; buddy and mentoring programs; and much more! Also mentions workplace flexibility, carbon-neutral office spaces, volunteerism, philanthropy, inclusive environment, wellbeing, health, safety. Also paid vacation, sick time, holidays. So we have benefits. Pay: Pay Range $22—$27 USD. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe flexible work schedules mentioned under benefits. No explicit schedule like full-time/part-time. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It mentions flexible work schedules but that's a benefit, not schedule. So we skip Schedule. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, privacy notice link? The privacy notice is at end; we should drop it as it's legal/boilerplate. Also remove "Langan does not provide housing or relocation assistance for internship/co-op positions." That's substantive? It's a detail about internship; maybe keep? It's not a heading but could be part of About the role or a note. It's substantive info; we should preserve. Could include in About the role paragraph. Also remove "Preference will be given to students who are currently in their Jr. or Sr. year or to students pursuing their MS degree." That's part of qualifications; keep. Also remove "Certain US jurisdictions require Langan to include an estimate of salary or hourly ranges..." that's boilerplate about pay range; we already have pay range; we can keep the pay range but discard the explanatory sentence? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sentence about certain US jurisdictions is legal boilerplate; we should drop it. Also the sentence about bonuses etc is also boilerplate? It's about compensation details; could be considered part of pay/benefits? It mentions bonuses, overtime, annual bonus, performance review program. That's substantive about compensation; we could include under Pay or Benefits? It's about compensation; maybe include under Pay section as extra detail. But the instruction says to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state pay range and mentions bonuses etc. So we can include Pay section with details: Pay Range $22—$27 USD, eligibility for overtime, participation in annual bonus and performance review program, bonuses discretionary, etc. Also mention paid vacation, sick time, holidays under Benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all substantive info. Let's extract all substantive sentences: Company intro: Langan provides expert land development engineering and environmental consulting services for major developers, renewable energy producers, energy companies, corporations, healthcare systems, colleges/universities, and large infrastructure programs throughout the U.S. and around the world. We need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Each has substantive content. Let's craft About the role paragraph combining company intro and job summary and note about housing? Actually housing note could be in About the role or a separate note. We'll include in About the role paragraph after job summary. Paragraph: Langan provides expert land development engineering and environmental consulting services for major developers, renewable energy producers, energy companies, corporations, healthcare systems, colleges/universities, and large infrastructure programs throughout the U.S. and around the world.
