Job Description Aven Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our KPI Outcomes & Data Analytics team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about using data to drive business insights and improve decision-making. As an intern, you’ll assist with collecting, analyzing, and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) across a range of client projects. Your work will directly contribute to tracking outcomes, optimizing performance, and supporting strategic planning efforts for our clients in finance, operations, and real estate. Key Responsibilities Support the development, refinement, and tracking of performance metrics and KPIsAssist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing datasets from internal and external sourcesGenerate dashboards, visualizations, and reports that translate data into actionable insightsCollaborate with consultants to evaluate trends, identify patterns, and flag anomaliesPrepare presentations, summaries, and documentation for internal and client-facing useConduct benchmarking research to compare client outcomes against industry standardsContribute to the ongoing development of data tools, models, and workflow efficiencies Experience & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plusSolid understanding of business KPIs, performance tracking, and data-driven strategyExcellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate findings clearly and concisely in both written and visual formatsEagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment Questions?
