Fall 2026 Part-Time Internship – Columbus, Ohio
September 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026

About the role

Attend daily/weekly standups. Work on AI/Data Science and/or Innovation use cases. Showcase progress and successes to business and stakeholders in the areas of AI and Generative AI. Support software development activities. Facilitate organization aspects of data and analytics symposium (internal analytical community event). Optimize joint development efforts through appropriate database use and project design. Assist data scientists within the department with processes and tools to build and monitor AI models.

Responsibilities

  • Support software development activities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major)
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application
  • Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)
  • Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application

Qualifications

  • Field of Study: Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or other related fields
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferences

  • Knowledge of AWS/AZURE cloud, Full Stack Development
  • Knowledge of Python programming, UNIX, Web Frameworks (HTML, CSS, React.JS, Django, etc.), UI/UX
  • Experience in a business environment

Pay

Undergraduate students: $26.00/hour
Graduate students: $32.00/hour
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.

  • Hybrid role requiring in-office days
  • September 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026
