Intern, Investor Center - Redmond, WA

About the Role

As a Branch Intern, you play a key role in the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. Working alongside expert financial professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with a broad range of investment products and services, and gain valuable exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7th, 2027 - August 13th, 2027, based on-site at the Investor Center location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in significant work assignments to strengthen knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Contribute fresh perspectives to enhance both client and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in their junior year of college.
• Interest in investing and wealth management.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
• Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
• Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.

The Team

The Branch Intern will join a collaborative, customer-focused team dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their long-term financial goals. Interns are fully integrated into the team, encouraged to contribute ideas, ask questions, and take an active role in supporting branch initiatives. As part of Fidelity's broader intern community, you will connect with fellow interns and professionals across the organization through various in-person and virtual experiences.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
