Position Summary

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a People Analytics Insights Co-Op Intern who enjoys using data to deliver insights through storytelling and making an impact on employee experience for over 95K employees from over 120 countries. The purpose of this internship is for students to gain valuable work experience in the field of organizational sciences that will allow them to apply what they have learned throughout their time in their program. The goal of this internship is to provide students with relevant job experience that will increase their marketability after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in Business, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
• Experience analyzing data and delivering data insights
