About the role

This position is responsible for managing the online store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat.
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate shipment to customers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms.
  • Qualifications

    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Pay

    The base salary for this role is $40,000 per year.

    Schedule

    Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
