Intern - Engineering - Summer 2027

About the role

We are currently looking for an Engineering Intern for our Owensboro, KY office. THIS IS A SUMMER 2027 INTERNSHIP: The engineer intern will provide engineering support on a variety of natural gas pipeline and meter projects to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of natural gas. This internship is designed to apply theoretical knowledge in a hands‑on, supervised setting. You will work closely with a mentor and a team of engineers while contributing to meaningful projects and gaining valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Enrolled in an accredited engineering program pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Strong skill level in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
• Well organized with a high degree of initiative and motivation.
• Ability to work positively and effectively prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound technical mindset to be able to review and understand engineering deliverables.
• 3.0 GPA required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing Engineer Degree.
• Must be a current Junior or Senior student.
