About the Role
Transforming mobility by creating smarter, cleaner, safer, and lighter automotive technologies. As a premier supplier for the global automotive industry, Magna Electronics designs, develops, tests, and manufactures complex electronic systems. The Mechanical Engineering Intern will support the Mechanical Engineering group in developing Remote Core Cameras.
Responsibilities
- Support Mechanical Engineers with engineering investigations.
- Assist in 3D design and 2D drawings.
- Contribute to engineering testing.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing mechanical engineering studies at a college or university.
- High school diploma.
- Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
Qualifications
- Previous experience at Magna Electronics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Work Environment
Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, and ability to conduct work at a computer.
