Responsibilities
- Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-event logistics and on-site event management for multiple community events.
- Engage in external visits, calls, and emails to recruit, engage, manage, and steward current and prospective donors and volunteers.
- Reach out to attendees before events and follow up with guests and participants post-event.
- Prepare and gather materials for sponsors, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and prepare reports and organize event-related information.
- Conduct prospect research to generate new leads and compile information for fundraising campaigns.
- Support hands-only CPR demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in business, communications, public relations, non-profit management, or event management.
- Experience or interest in promotion, sales, or fundraising.
- Comfortable with vendor outreach (phone calls & emails to vendors & donors).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Effective one-on-one and group communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities.
- Intermediate to excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.

Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must be available for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
