About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish in collaboration with the Construction Team. This role involves working out of a job site and managing one project at a time, ensuring it meets schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendents to ensure project success.
  • Manage documentation and distribution for all Requests for Information (RFI) and inquiries for/from the design team.
  • Coordinate, track, and expedite all project shop drawings, submittals, and correspondence.
  • Manage and track the delivery of all materials to the project, ensuring compliance with contract documents and approved shop drawings/submittals.
  • Work with the Project Manager to report and maintain all change order documentation.
  • Proactively engage manufacturers and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to incorporate their requirements into the process.
  • Work alongside the Construction Team and Safety Manager to ensure a safe job site for all employees, subcontractors, and the public.
  • Oversee compliance and reporting in accordance with RangeWater Construction’s Safety Program.
  • Meet predictable attendance, punctuality, and physical demands of the position.
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with supervising and coordinating subcontractors’ field installation.
  • Perform monthly schedule updates and distribute them to Development and Subcontractors/Vendors.
  • Maintain project status and progress reports, including Submittal and RFI Logs and Material Tracker.
  • Manage and track project close-out documents, including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure all site personnel have the most current set of drawings.
  • Participate in all project meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to all project team members.
