- Communicate directly with creators to build strong relationships within the Storytime community.
- Test new workflows, tools, and systems designed to make creator growth more scalable and efficient.
- Partner with the team on creator events, brand activations, growth initiatives, and operational projects.

- Curiosity about systems, workflows, automation, and how technology can increase business efficiency.
- Personable, confident, and enjoys communicating with people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Capable of balancing adherence to established processes with independent thinking for improvements.
- Interest in startups, technology, creator marketing, social media, or growth.
- Willingness to work on‑site in the SoHo office at least three days per week.
