Summer Internship Overview
The Hanover’s Internship Program offers college students the chance to work on various critical business assignments, test their skills, apply their academic knowledge, and align their interests with potential job roles.
Responsibilities
- Take on meaningful projects and collaborate with top talent in the industry.
- Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional professionals (including leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and recent graduates).
- Participate in a cross-functional team-building project focused on corporate philanthropy.
- Attend weekly development workshops with fellow interns.
- Engage in and participate in social activities with other interns.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, without sponsorship.
- Technical degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience designing and coding automations.
- Ability to integrate and evaluate large data sets.
- Good communication skills, especially for presenting technical details.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and solid SQL skills.
- Awareness of artificial intelligence technologies and software automation.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand process and data flow diagrams.
- Basic understanding of existing automation designs and development.
- Capable of providing effective and consultative support to business clients.
- Independent development of automations on lower to medium complexity projects.
- Direct interaction with business customers for data and support.
- Reporting and trend analysis based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Creating and presenting a final presentation to management and leadership members at the end of the internship.

Pay
The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards.
Schedule
The 10-week summer program runs from June to mid-August.
