Responsibilities

• Exposure to different aspects of the landscape industry.
• A rotating schedule and learning objectives defined before the start of the program.
• Pairing with an Account Manager (Mentor) as your primary supervisor.
• Development of your own management style through mentorship.
• Feedback provided by your Mentor throughout the program.
• Professional development opportunities through outside activities and networking.
• Speaker's forum covering relevant topics to the company and your professional growth.

Requirements

• Major in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Agricultural Mechanization, Construction, Design or Architecture, or Business.
• Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape industry.
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage and monthly housing stipend for eligible students.
