Responsibilities

• Exposure to different aspects of the landscape industry
• A rotating schedule and learning objectives defined before the start of the program
• Paired with an Account Manager (Mentor) who acts as your primary supervisor
• Mentor shares management philosophy and helps develop your own management style
• Provides feedback throughout the program
• Professional development opportunities through outside activities and networking
• Speaker's forum covering relevant topics to the company and personal development

Requirements

• Major in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Agricultural Mechanization, Construction, Design or Architecture, or Business
• Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape industry
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication skills

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage and monthly housing stipend for eligible students.
