About the role

The Intern – PTN (Part Termination Notices) Support will assist in the administration, coordination, and tracking of PTN-related activities. This role supports the timely and accurate handling of part termination notices through data maintenance, documentation management, reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders. The internship provides practical experience in operational processes, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing, tracking, and documentation of PTNs
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems or spreadsheets
• Assist in reviewing PTN data for completeness and consistency
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information
• Monitor open PTN items and follow up on pending actions
• Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates as required
• Support the organization and filing of PTN-related documentation
• Contribute to process improvement activities within the PTN workflow
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in supply chain, procurement, operations, or data management
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or database tools
