Job Summary
The Field Intern position requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within and outside the organization. Specific responsibilities include assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with tracking quantities, submittals, RFI development, layout/surveying, daily cost tracking, daily reports, quality control, and supporting the safety plan. Manual labor is expected.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the tracking of quantities, submittals, and RFI development
- Support layout/surveying efforts
- Contribute to daily cost tracking and report generation
- Participate in quality control initiatives
- Support the safety plan implementation
Requirements
- Pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil or Construction Management
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Project)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
