About The Summer Internship Program Our 12-week Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience in the construction industry. Interns apply academic knowledge in real-world settings while rotating through multiple departments. This structure provides exposure to different functions and demonstrates how teams collaborate to deliver projects on schedule and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications This entry-level internship is designed for students currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college program who have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for learning about the construction industry. Returning interns will be offered opportunities to expand their responsibilities and experiences in alignment with their demonstrated proficiency and prior performance.
