Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in a related field)
- 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment
- 5+ years using analytics/optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization
- 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features
- Supply chain planning experience a must (supply and demand planning)
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment, including cross-team roadmaps and technically complex features
- Recent experience building for web and/or mobile
- Ability to read/understand code (prior programming experience a plus)
- 5+ years of hands-on product planning: technical roadmaps, story outlines, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement at scale
- Strong ability to influence without authority, communicate clearly, and stay organized while managing competing priorities; deep familiarity with Agile practices and tools
- Experience designing solutions/configuring planning platforms such as o9, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan or others and integrating them with ERP systems
- Knowledge of APIs, data interfaces, ETL processes, and other integration mechanisms used to connect planning and operational systems
- Familiarity with Databricks and experience supporting data pipelines and data validation activities
- Experience with data mapping, data governance, interface validation, and integration testing activities
