Primary Responsibilities
- Help the team in working on customer-sponsored research and development projects developing defensive cyber security solutions for military weapon systems.
- Develop simulations to emulate threat realistic CEMA environments.
- Develop offensive and defensive cyber tools focused on Command and Control (C2) and Radar systems.
- Research current and future cyber security threats against military systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Two (2) years of professional experience with software development is preferred.
- Programming ability in Python and/or C++ (version 14, 17, or 20).
- Candidate must be willing to travel approximately 5% each year if necessary (typically within the Continental United States).
Desired (but not required) Qualifications
- Experience with C++ 14/17/20
- Experience with CMAKE
- Familiarity with Linux/POSIX platforms
- Familiarity with fundamental networking implementations and concepts, including basic LAN and WAN networking skills
- Familiarity with vulnerability discovery and exploitation of operating systems and user space applications
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with the following tools, concepts, and products are a plus: Ubuntu, Red Hat, similar Linux Distributions
- Networking Protocols
- Wireshark
- Scanning/Analysis Tools (nmap, nikto, etc)
