About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our hybrid team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional outcomes that meet both customer and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Attend the office twice per month (middle and end of each month); dates and times will be communicated in advance
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Execute and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
- Drive regression testing efforts to validate system stability across releases
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Partner closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure seamless integration
- Provide actionable feedback on usability, functionality, and overall system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, test progress, and defect trends to stakeholders
- Champion QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support junior QA team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with demonstrated ownership of testing strategy and delivery
- Strong hands-on experience executing both manual and automated testing using modern QA methodologies and frameworks
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prominent ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience contributing to or leading Knowledge Management and QA process improvements
- Experience working within Agile teams or formal training in Scrum or Agile methodologies is considered a strong asset

Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 75,000 - 80,000 USD per year(US)
