Responsibilities

  • Provides end user support using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of moderately complex and non-standard requests and issues under moderate level of guidance and direction.
  • Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to conduct problem research, root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Participates in the implementation of application upgrades and installation of new releases.
  • Maintains working knowledge of applications within their domain.
  • Contributes to the overall support knowledgebase and training to other business and IT team members.
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work.

Requirements

  • Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years’ experience in SQL Experience in Oracle BIP, OTBI, FDI Experience in Oracle HCM reporting
  • Required: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience required. Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications. Ex. ERP, HR Payroll and Finance. Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word). Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

This position is a full-time, hybrid role with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates within a drivable commute distance to Indianapolis will be considered.
