Intermediate In-Home Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe living environment
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social engagements
• Communicate any changes in client condition to supervisory staff promptly

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in in-home care or a related healthcare field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills with compassion, patience, and reliability
• Able to follow care plans accurately and adhere to safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check and saliva drug test
