Intermediate In-Home Health Care

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living tasks
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health status
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and social activities
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Document and report any changes in clients' health and wellbeing promptly to supervisors

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in home health care or related healthcare field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with compassion and patience
• Able to follow care plans and safety protocols accurately
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass background check and saliva drug screening
