Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse

Role: Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions. Assess and manage intermediate acuity patients, administer medications and IV therapies, interpret cardiac and telemetry data, and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate with a team to deliver optimal care. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license with relevant experience in intermediate or telemetry care, strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, and cardiac/telemetry data interpretation.
