Qualifications
- Accredited professional degree in architecture
- 5-15 years post-graduate, full-time working experience in an architectural firm
- Licensed Architect in the U.S. or actively working to attain licensure
- A strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, local zoning ordinances and building codes
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Excel; familiarity with software programs such as Enscape, SketchUp, Rhino, Affinity and Adobe Creative Suite
- Multi-family residential, Hospitality, Campus Environments, or Aviation project experience preferred
