Intermediate Architect

About the role

Join our team at Assembledge+ as we seek a dynamic team member to contribute to our collaborative environment. We are looking for a highly-skilled, self-motivated Intermediate Architect/Designer who is well-organized, capable of communicating effectively, and thrives on engagement in their work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all design phases with a strong organizational, communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively and produce well-coordinated construction documents.
• Develop new details with technical knowledge of detailing and proficiency in core design and production software including SketchUp, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional work or equivalent experience in all design phases.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work as part of a team.
• A professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Los Angeles resident (no remote positions available).

Skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Additional knowledge of Rhino and various rendering engines is desirable.
