Responsibilities

• Learn cutting, preparation, and presentation techniques for meats.
• Assist in the production of butcher preparations.
• Advise and serve customers.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and traceability standards.
• Contribute to the presentation and appeal of the meat section.

Requirements

• Preparing for a CAP Boucher qualification.
• Motivated, serious, and hands-on.
• Passion for quality work and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Enjoy teamwork and customer interaction.
