Oversee all interior construction activities including framing and drywall, insulation, interior doors and hardware, millwork and cabinetry, flooring, tile installation, painting and wall finishes, appliances, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, amenities and common areas.
Manage unit turnover sequencing to support project milestones and occupancy requirements.
Cook up coordination with subcontractor activities to maintain project schedules and production goals.
Maintain work for compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify and resolve construction issues.

Develop and maintain short-interval schedules and look-ahead plans.
Coordinate inspections, testing, punch lists, and turnover activities.
Work closely with Project Managers to identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans when necessary.
Ensure timely completion of model units, leasing areas, amenity spaces, and residential units.

Implement and enforce company quality control standards.
Conduct periodic inspections of completed work to verify compliance with project specifications.
Manage deficiency tracking, punch list completion, and final turnover processes.
Maintain high standards for finish quality and customer-ready units.

Promote and enforce project safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and subcontractor compliance reviews.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety requirements.
Participate in safety meetings and incident investigations as required.

Maintain effective communication with project leadership, subcontractors, trades, consultants, and ownership representatives.
Provide daily reports documenting manpower, progress, inspections, and project challenges.
Aid in owner walks, lender inspections, and municipal inspections.
