Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and support the Interior Maintenance team
- Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Oversee renovation, repair, and maintenance projects from estimate through completion
- Manage vendors, contractors, purchasing, project costs, and budgets
- Communicate effectively with guests, owners, HOAs, and internal departments
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and resort standards
- Provide weekend, holiday, and on-call support as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, property maintenance, construction, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
- Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, and job costs
- Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
