Interior Maintenance Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, schedule, and support the Interior Maintenance team
  • Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
  • Oversee renovation, repair, and maintenance projects from estimate through completion
  • Manage vendors, contractors, purchasing, project costs, and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with guests, owners, HOAs, and internal departments
  • Ensure quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and resort standards
  • Provide weekend, holiday, and on-call support as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, property maintenance, construction, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
  • Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, and job costs
  • Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
