Interior Designer/Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Architect and a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The selected candidate will play an integral role in all phases of project delivery, including Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on commercial interiors projects, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Apply strong knowledge of building codes and the design process to create construction documents.
• Maintain an understanding of current design trends and products.
• Develop plans, elevations, and architectural details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with consultants, furniture dealers, and product representatives to meet overall project objectives.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Design experience.
• Proficient in design and detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other modeling software programs.
• Excellent graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
• Strong collaboration skills, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
• Certification or state license is a plus but not required.
