About the role
Interior Designer with 8-10+ years of experience specializing in healthcare projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of the design process, ensuring project success and adherence to standards in interior design and execution.
- Develop and coordinate detailed design concepts, functional requirements, and project criteria.
- Lead interior design efforts, integrate standalone interior projects, and engage with clients and project teams.
- Participate in marketing, lead design presentations, review work for accuracy and compliance, and collaborate in design reviews and pin-ups.
- Mentor staff and coordinate with clients, partners, and consultants during design development phases.
Requirements
- Proficiency in interior design, BIM, building codes, programming, and life safety standards.
- Experience with furniture specifications, construction administration, cost estimates, and zoning analysis.
- Advanced skills in 2D/3D software (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, VRay, Adobe Suite).
- Ability to lead presentations, facilitate communication, and inspire teams.
Qualifications
- LEED GA certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
- Professional accreditation in Living Design-related areas (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP, BREEAM, Passive House).
- Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture, or related discipline preferred.
