Responsibilities
- Design beautiful, functional spaces for clients
- Create floor plans and presentations using 3D Room Planner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and close sales
- Keep our showroom fresh, stylish, and on-trend
Requirements
- Interior design and sales experience or a degree preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a busy setting
- Weekend/holiday availability

Pay
Our Design Consultants are paid a recoverable draw typically ranging from $54,900 to $70,000 annually based on written sales. The potential income for our experienced Design Consultants averages $70,000-$115,000 per year, with our top performers making $200,000 per year or more.
