Interior Architect

About the role

As a Midweight-level Interior Architect reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll assist in delivering a wide range of luxury residential projects. You will assist the Senior Designers and be capable of independently running small to medium-sized projects yourself.

• Full site measurements
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Producing detailed design intent information including 1:20 plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), schedules, and associated project documents
• Developing high-standard design intent drawings
• Working on FF&E schedules
• Delivering mood boards
• Creating detailed and accurate drawing packages
• Working closely with the procurement team
• Monitoring budgets
• Creating and maintaining the installation schedule for each project
• Carrying out site and supplier visits to ensure high standards
• Performing snagging reports and efficient recording of information

Requirements

Ideally, you will have a degree in Interior Design or Architecture (or equivalent work experience) and previous experience working on projects in London with a good knowledge of the market.

• Great knowledge of Interior Architecture & Design as well as FF&E products, finishes, their fabrication techniques, and operational applications
• Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in Adobe, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Clear team-working mentality
• Design flair, creativity, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
